Aluminium profiles and brackets are used for low and medium storey buildings for all cladding in all construction areas and seismic loadings.
The brackets are produced in four heights – 150, 125, 75 and 50 mm. The choice of aluminium bracket is determined by the static strength calculation and the pull-out force of the façade anchor from the building substrate. The 150 and 125 mm brackets are used as load-bearing brackets, while the 75 and 50 mm heights are used as support brackets.
The support bracket is loaded by the weight of the rail and cladding, taking into account the foreseeable icing of the façade cladding, taking into account the climate of the construction area, as well as the horizontal load from the wind force, which can be directed both towards the building wall and away from the building wall on the leeward side. The support bracket is only subject to the wind load.
