The PICASSO house starts with a spacious entrance area, to the left of which is the private part of the house: bedrooms, bathroom with sauna, boiler room, and to the right is the public part, which consists of a large, bright living room – kitchen with two exits to the terrace. High ceilings add volume to the room. Panoramic windows fill the living room with light, and the surrounding nature becomes part of the interior. The kitchen area has enough space for a kitchen island, and the worktop can be placed under the window.

The three-sided open terrace with a canopy doubles the living area. There is plenty of space for dining and sofa seating. In the warm season, the terrace is a perfect place to spend all your time – playing with children, hosting guests, welcoming and greeting the sun, having leisurely conversations and enjoying the nightingale’s trills.
